Gluten Free Salmon with Tarragon Hollandaise Recipe

This gluten free salmon with tarragon hollandaise recipe is such an easy gluten free recipe.  Quick and simple to make with delicious flavours and textures, this is everything gluten free meals should be.

This recipe takes a few simple ingredients, salmon, asparagus, tomatoes and tarragon and makes a delicious sophisticated meal.

We eat lots of fish at how2bglutenfree, salmon being a particular favourite.  This recipe starts by cooking the salmon on the hob and then finishes it off, with the asparagus and tomatoes, in the oven.  The tomatoes almost melt in the mouth when cooked this way.  We like the healthiness of this recipe with the touch of richness provided by the sauce.

Easy gluten free recipes don’t come much easier than this, particularly since we do cheat a bit by using ready-made hollandaise sauce.

When making gluten-free recipes such as this gluten free salmon with tarragon hollandaise recipe following a few simple rules will ensure your gluten free dish stays gluten free, we have some easy to follow tips on our Avoiding Gluten page.
